We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Specialist to build strong client relationships and help customers achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product/service adoption
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and issue resolution
  • Monitor client usage and satisfaction metrics to anticipate needs
  • Provide training and resources to enhance client experience
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client retention and growth

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms
