Job Description

Internal Processes

- understanding the process and workflow of the company

- invoice processing

- user creation/deletion/whitelisting

Level 2 CMS support and bug fixes

- troubleshoot on user/charger related enquiries and support

- identifying trends and perform debugging of applications

Business Support Application

- gather business user requirements

- build up PowerBI dashboard to share with internal stakeholders

Meeting Support

- meeting minutes and follow up on action items

Key Deliveries

- PowerBI dashboards for internal users

- Process Documentation
