Airport Customer Service Representative

East Region, Singapore GMP Group HQ Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform passenger check-in and boarding procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as a Service Ambassador, assisting and guiding passengers in the use of Self-Service Kiosks and Automated Bag Drop systems.
  • Carry out gate handling duties, including liaising with airline crew and coordinating departure processes with relevant airport departments.
  • Guide and escort transit passengers between arrival and departure gates to ensure smooth connections.
  • Provide assistance to passengers requiring special support, including the elderly, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs)

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a team-first attitude.
  • Computer-literate and comfortable using digital systems.
  • Fluent and confident in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Willing to work 6-day weeks as scheduled.
  • Training provided; prior experience not mandatory but considered an asset.
