Sales Support Administrator

We're looking for a responsible and organised Sales Support Executive to join our team and work closely with our Project Sales Engineers. You will play an important behind-the-scenes role in ensuring quotations, orders, and client communications are handled smoothly and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in accuracy and follow-through, and is comfortable juggling administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced project environment. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist project sales team in preparing and formatting quotations

• Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, accounts)

• Follow up with clients on outstanding documents or details

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and orders

• Help manage project timelines by supporting communication and document flow

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations


Requirements:


• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only

• Prior experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service is an advantage

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Strong follow-up skills and good communication, both written and spoken

• Team player with a proactive and supportive attitude

• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri full day, Sat half day)

• Familiarity with technical products or project-based sales is a plus, but not required
