- Own, meet and exceed annual sales targets based on new accounts/logos
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Develop strong client relationship through early consultative engagement
- Understand client's business objectives and pain points and clearly communicate how Atos value propositions address them
- Manage customer and internal teams in Contractual terms and conditions negotiations.
- Able to negotiate and close deals
- Develop a good understanding of Atos portfolio of services and can explain clearly to potential clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed sales goals
- Provide leadership to the pursuit team throughout the entire Sales cycle
- Adhere to internal Deal process starting from Deal Pursuit to Deal Handover to Delivery
- 10 years of enterprise sales in IT solutions and services
- University Degree/Polytechnic Diploma. Background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a plus
- Track record in Hunting new account/logos
- Strong listening, communications and presentation skills
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
