Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of local labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ideally a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably Director level with a proven track record of managing multiple country HR functions.
  • Expertise in managing compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance within regional countries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leadership team and employees.
  • Experience with HR technology and the ability to adapt systems for local country requirements.
  • Subject matter expertise of the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and performance management to learning and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing employee relations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10, $14,000.00 per month
