This role encompasses the accuracy of demand forecasts and supply plans to meet customer needs, optimising APAC inventory levels to minimise risk and cost, and leading the training and upskilling of local Demand Planning teams to enforce consistency and best practices across all affiliates.

As the Integrated Planning & Inventory Manager, APAC, you are responsible for:

  1. Demand Planning & Forecasting

  2. Oversee the preparation of demand forecasts by utilising historical data, market insights, and statistical models.

  3. Analyse the impact of commercial activities, including sales patterns, promotions, and new product launches (e.g., PiPo programmes), on overall demand.
  4. Collaborate closely with Market Liaisons and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with overarching business and market penetration strategies.
  5. Monitor and report on forecast accuracy KPIs, driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  6. Utilise and govern affiliate forecast inputs within core ERP and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, OMP).

  7. Inventory Management & Optimisation

  8. Maintain full accountability for APAC inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet target service levels while preventing both stock-outs and excess inventory risk.

  9. Oversee the optimisation of master data, including the setting of appropriate stock levels and safety stock strategies across all product lines.
  10. Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs, such as inventory value, turnover, cost of carry, and service levels.
  11. Coordinate with APAC Affiliates to establish and align on consistent inventory strategies across the product assortment.
  12. Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in regional inventory management systems and associated processes.

  13. Training, Governance, and Systems

  14. Develop and deliver robust training programs for new and existing Demand Planners across APAC, covering forecasting techniques, data analysis, and planning best practices aligned with Global Planning's strategic direction.

  15. Co-create standardised learning materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for demand planning processes and tools in collaboration with Global Planning and Affiliates.
  16. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and system adoption, recommending enhancements to upskill regional teams and ensure consistency.
  17. Stay current with system enhancements, tools, and industry trends to integrate relevant changes into training content and affiliate processes.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Analytical problem-solving, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization, specifically in building reports for forecasting and inventory performance dashboards.
  • Proven Influencing skills with the ability to lead consensus across diverse cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders (Affiliates, Market Liaisons, Global Planning).
  • Deep knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, OMP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related supply chain function is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with regional planning goals
