Yugo Dessert specializes in steamed cakes, handmade yogurt, and a variety of low-sugar, healthy, and traditional desserts. We are passionate about creating delicious and wholesome treats for our customers, and also offer dessert table services for events.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce steamed cakes, yogurt, low-sugar healthy snacks, and traditional desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation meet company requirements
- Take customer orders and prepare made-to-order items when required
- Pack products for takeaway sales, ensuring proper labeling and presentation
- Operate the cashier, process payments, and provide friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service area, following food safety standards
- Manage ingredient stock, assist in receiving deliveries, and ensure proper storage
- Assist with dessert table service for events, including preparation, transportation, and on-site set-up
- Support daily operational needs and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in baking, dessert preparation, or F&B production preferred (training will be provided)
- Interest in healthy and traditional desserts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically able to assist with event set-up and carrying supplies when needed
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (rotating shifts)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
