About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our Singapore sales and marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies, expanding market presence, and achieving company revenue objectives within the highly competitive real estate sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Singapore property market
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to deliver outstanding results
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to maximize business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the project management and architectural teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand positioning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate/Property
  • Degree in Real Estate, Investment, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore property market, regulations, and customer preferences
  • Creative, analytical mind and market oriented
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in communicating in Chinese both verbal and written, to Headquarter in China
