The KKH Psychosocial Trauma Support Service (PTSS) is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that provides psychological and emotional support to help children recover from traumatic experiences.  In addition, PTSS is also involved in community-based projects that aim to develop trauma treatment and support in community and school settings.  We are looking for a full time Associate Psychologist to join our team. The position is a 9-months contract position.

The Associate Psychologist is involved in supporting the team's research work. These include involvement in research activities and project evaluations, organizing of training and project related events, and developing patient education materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Good honours degree (minimum second upper class) in Psychology from a recognized university
  • Proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of research methods and statistics in psychology
  • Research experience would be an advantage
  • Good team player, positive learning attitude and adaptable to changes
