Overview

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance organizational growth, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue through innovative business development initiatives. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Specialist Doctor Recruitment

  2. Collaborate with Senior Management to identify and recruit specialist doctors aligned with the group's expansion and service goals.

  3. Strategic Partnership Development

  4. Identify, evaluate, and build partnerships with:

  5. Healthcare providers

  6. Medical professionals
  7. Insurance providers (including TPAs)
  8. Other relevant organizations
  9. Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the group's strategic objectives.

  10. Business Development

  11. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.

  12. Monitor healthcare industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.

  13. Stakeholder Relationship Management

  14. Foster strong, long-term relationships with:

  15. Referring physicians

  16. Healthcare institutions
  17. Insurance companies and TPAs
  18. Act as the primary liaison for key partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

  19. Revenue Generation

  20. Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to:

  21. Develop pricing strategies

  22. Launch promotional campaigns
  23. Introduce value-added services
  24. Track and optimize business development KPIs to ensure performance and profitability.

  25. Marketing and Branding

  26. Support marketing initiatives (online and offline) aimed at:

  27. Increasing brand visibility

  28. Attracting new clients
  29. Promoting group services and partnerships
  30. Ensure cohesive brand positioning across all entities within the group.

  31. Reporting & Analytics

  32. Produce regular reports for Senior Management on:

  33. Partnership performance

  34. Market trends
  35. Business development outcomes
  36. Leverage data insights to guide future initiatives and improvements.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in partnership/network management, business development, or a related role
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, insurance, or TPA sectors is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement processes
