Admin/Receptionist

- Welcome guest and clients with a positive attitude
- Anwer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Coordinate courier services and handle incoming and ongoing mail
- Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office upkeep.
- Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and company event coordination.
- Prepare and process administrative payments and purchase requests.
- Support management with correspondence, meeting coordination, and reports.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with office policies.
- Coordinate with IT vendors or internal IT team for system or network issues.
- Set up new employee laptops and company accounts (email, software access, etc.).
- Install and configure basic software (Microsoft 365, antivirus, company applications).
- Maintain Company asset inventory (laptops, monitors, staff pass, and accessories).
- Manage the issuance and return of IT equipment during onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure data security compliance and assist in password resets or account access.
- Manage recruitment activities: job postings, interview coordination
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative functions; basic IT knowledge preferred
- Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, and common office software
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
