Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; maintain and update phone lists
- Welcome and assist visitors, handle registrations, notify hosts, and manage access
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain meeting rooms, assist with bookings, and prepare refreshments
- Monitor pantry inventory, report equipment issues, and provide general administrative support
- Manage staff lockers, process travel claims, and oversee office equipment, including golf equipment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
