Join a dynamic team dedicated to improving population health and promoting preventive care in the community. As a Senior Executive (Project Secretariat) you will play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance community care and build a healthier, more engaged population in the Western Region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, community partners, and agencies to translate strategies into actionable plans and support innovative pilot projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage secretariat functions for various workgroups and strategic projects, coordinating across departments and external partners.
  • Support the development of Healthy Precinct projects, translating strategies into actionable implementation plans with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with community partners and internal teams to implement Healthy Precinct framework elements.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to guide the implementation of Community Health Plans.
  • Assist in piloting projects to strengthen the health ecosystem within the precinct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong critical thinking, conceptual, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
