About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technician to join our team at TLS Engineering Construction Pte. Ltd. You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our engineering and construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on a range of engineering equipment and machinery
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions
  3. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve operational challenges
  4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
  5. Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  6. Provide on-site technical support and guidance to team members as required

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant technical qualification or trade certification in a related field
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry.
  3. ITE fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply
  4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  5. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
  7. Flexibility to work on-site as required and adapt to changing project needs
  8. Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
