About the Role

We're looking for an Appliance Service Technician to join our team and help our clients with their appliance repair needs.

An Appliance Service Technician's responsibilities include responding quickly and efficiently to client requests. In addition, you will be responsible for installing new appliances and fixing any issues during installation or maintenance work.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to help diagnose, test and repair appliances as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Examining customers' appliances and to help diagnose, test and repair appliances as needed

  • Performing maintenance work on customers' appliances

  • In addition, you will be responsible for installing new appliances and fixing any issues during installation or maintenance work.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess Class 3 license will be an added advantage

  • NITEC or NTC 2/3 certificates in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic field

  • At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in home appliances, Aircon, Water dispenser, laundry rack, Fans, Chest Freezer etc

  • Ability to service Aircon would be added advantage

  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
