Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership in the architecture, design, deployment, and optimization of complex, large-scale, multi-region IT infrastructure environments, including hyperscale data centers, high-capacity DWDM/OTN optical networks (400G/800G), and cloud-native platforms.
  • Architect and drive strategic initiatives around software-defined networking (SDN), network function virtualization (NFV), and multi-cloud interconnectivity to enable seamless hybrid cloud and edge computing environments.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of network automation frameworks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes CNI plugins (e.g., Calico) for scalable and resilient infrastructure management.
  • Lead advanced capacity planning, fault tolerance engineering, and disaster recovery strategies to guarantee >99.999% uptime and business continuity across critical IT assets.
  • Manage cross-border infrastructure rollouts involving complex regulatory compliance, multi-vendor coordination, and stringent SLAs, ensuring alignment with corporate governance and security policies.
  • Establish robust IT operational controls, monitoring, and incident response mechanisms leveraging AI-driven analytics and proactive fault management solutions.
  • Mentor senior technical leaders and cultivate a high-performance culture fostering innovation, operational excellence, and continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT infrastructure strategies with emerging business models, digital transformation goals, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in designing, deploying, and managing hyperscale data center and network infrastructure at an enterprise or global level.
  • Deep expertise in optical transmission technologies (DWDM, OTN, ROADM), 400G/800G Ethernet standards, and modern network protocols (BGP, MPLS, VXLAN).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with cloud networking, container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex vendor ecosystems across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of network security architecture, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
