Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and care staff.
  • Oversee manpower planning, rostering, and deployment to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career development.

  • Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.

  • Implement and audit nursing protocols, SOPs, and clinical workflows.
  • Review incident reports, patient feedback, and complaints, driving improvements where necessary.

  • Ensure adherence to MOH, SNB, and licensing requirements.

  • Manage nursing resources effectively, including equipment and consumables.
  • Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and accreditation exercises.

  • Organize continuing education and professional training for nursing staff.

  • Promote evidence-based practices and continuous skills enhancement.

  • Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and management.

  • Engage patients and families in care discussions, ensuring positive experiences.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred).
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license under the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • At least 10 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in audits, compliance, and quality improvement.
