Our client is a well-established and reputable organization specializing in the distribution of high-quality engineering components and systems serving diverse industrial sectors. They are known for their technical expertise, commitment to excellence, and strong partnerships with global brands.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Process and monitor customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Accounts, and Technical departments for order fulfilment and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and manage shipping, delivery, and customs documents, and liaise with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
  • Negotiate freight rates with appointed forwarders to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Verify purchase orders, invoices, and order confirmations for accuracy.
  • Maintain proper filing of correspondence, records, and sales-related documentation.
  • Assist with preparation of sales reports, meeting materials, and tracking of sales performance.
  • Handle special or back-order requests and update customers accordingly.
  • Support continuous improvement of order handling and logistics coordination processes.
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, order processing, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
