Responsibilities:

  • Supervise retail assistants and ensure smooth daily store operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional product consultation.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and sales transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure the store's presentation, cleanliness, and product displays are well maintained and visually appealing.
  • Oversee administrative duties, including system data entry and invoice preparation.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • GCE 'O'/ 'N' Level or equivalent
  • With 1 - 2 years of experience in retail sales operations
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a luxury retail environment
  • Experience in managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
