Job Scope:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers by actively listening and providing tailored product recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, handle payments, and perform cashiering duties in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Support stock handling tasks including receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and replenishing shelves as needed.
  • Assist in arranging and maintaining attractive product displays to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, and contribute to general retail operations and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience as retail sales will be an advantage
  • Willing to perform retail hour
