Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, handling enquiries, ascertain what customers need and desire, and maintain good service to customers.
  • Assist in daily operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory, and maintenance of store.
  • Monitor the inventory level, replenishment of stock and return cycle is carried out accordingly.
  • Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company promotions and mechanics.
  • Cashier duty, compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
  • Other ad hoc been assign

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS office tools.
  • Able to commit for retail working hours, including weekend and Public Holiday.
  • Sales and Service Driven.
  • Enjoy interaction with others.
  • Retail experience preferred.
