You will be part of the team responsible for campaigns and activities at our FairPrice Supermarket Stores to uplift the brand equity and drive shopper traffic and engagement with the aim of supporting the business to achieve our revenue, transactions, and profit goals.

You will interface and manage key stakeholder relationships internally (Products, Channels, Procurement, and other internal Marketing teams) and externally (Creative, Media, Production agencies) to help develop and deliver the campaigns and in-store activations.

You will be expected to:

  • Plan, manage, and execute multiple campaign initiatives across different timelines with accountability on program execution against tight timelines
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns and events and ensure effective and accurate in-store communications, working with Products, Suppliers, and Agencies to market products and services.
  • Work closely with internal departments, creative/ media agencies, and external vendors on the creation of marketing deliverables
  • Work closely with stores and propose marketing initiatives to support new or renovated stores, to help drive sales ROI.
  • Grow and manage our Supermarket Facebook closed group to ensure a high level of web traffic and customer engagement.
  • Conduct robust post-campaign reports
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, such as customer analytics to ensure all stakeholders' requirements are accounted for
  • Manage and be accountable for your campaign budgets
  • Support the team in major festive campaigns that run across formats.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with creative and media agencies in conceptualizing and running campaigns
  • Possess both a creative and analytical mind.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized in approach to work
  • Able to navigate well in ambiguity and work independently.
  • Team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-collaborate and multi-task.
  • Excellent business acumen as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be hands on and go to stores to seek improvements for campaign execution.
  • FMCG/ Retail experience would be preferred
