The ARC Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Accident Reporting Centre for Kranji, including workshop workflow, billing, and insurance claims processing. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Workshop Operations Management: Oversee the daily workflow of the Accident Reporting Centre and timely completion of repairs.
Manage Coordinate with Contractors Work Schedule
Monitor repair progress.
Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment, ensuring compliance with Corporate or WSH safety rules and regulations.
- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare accurate and timely invoices for completed repair jobs.
Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Insurance Claims Processing: Prepare and submit insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
Follow up on claims with insurance companies, ensuring timely processing and payment.
Negotiate with insurance Surveyors to resolve any disputes.
Maintain accurate records of all insurance claims.
- Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any Engineering Fields or Automotive Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive repair workshop, with proven experience in managing workshop operations, billing, and insurance claims.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, including damage assessment, repair techniques, and parts ordering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance claims procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
