Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities: sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing from local & overseas suppliers
  • Process purchase requisitions and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner
  • Monitor order confirmations, production, shipments, and documentation (packing lists, invoices) to ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams (Warehouse, QC, Finance) for smooth operations
  • Support supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract management in line with company policies
  • Track and manage inventory levels, avoiding shortages or overstocking
  • Maintain updated procurement records (POs, supplier contracts, cost sheets, shipment statuses)
  • Prepare tax invoices, quotations, and purchasing documents
  • Coordinate resolutions for supply delays, quality issues, or non-conformance cases
  • Monitor and report procurement KPIs (cost variances, supplier performance, delivery timelines)
  • Handle procurement-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or planning (preferably machinery, equipment, or industrial products)
  • Skilled in sourcing, supplier coordination, and procurement documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP / purchasing systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
