Découvrez le métier d'Employé(e) d'exploitation en alternance, en participant activement au traitement et au suivi de nos colis, transportés par route, mer ou air dans plus de 220 pays et territoires.

Dans le cadre de votre alternance, vous serez rattaché(e) au Chef d'équipe et interviendrez sur différents sujets opérationnels sur notre site de Rouen (76).

*Quelles missions se cachent derrière le poste d'Employé(e) d'exploitation ?*

Au quotidien, vous interagissez avec différents services pour fluidifier les opérations du centre et garantir un suivi de qualité :

Missions quotidiennes :

  • Accueil téléphonique et accueil client sur site
  • Traitement des messages conducteurs
  • Dispatch et contrôle des ramasses
  • Vérification dans les outils internes (OLAFS, outil de dispatch)
  • Traitement des réclamations clients
  • Commande de fournitures

Contrôle en fin de semaine :

  • Contrôle de la zone HAZMAT : produits fuyants, colis bloqués à l'export (clients non approuvés), colis retournés en fin de tournée
  • Suivi des colis UAP UPS +5 jours
  • Vérification de l'apparence générale du centre
  • Analyse des réclamations et des colis perdus
  • Vérification des contestations de passage via géolocalisation
  • Participation aux ateliers Safety

D'autres missions transverses pourront vous être confiées au cours de votre alternance, selon les besoins opérationnels et vos appétences.

*Votre profil : sommes-nous faits pour nous entendre ?*

  • Vous préparez une formation en alternance de niveau Bac+2 dans les domaines du transport, de la logistique ou de la gestion des flux.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e).
  • Vous avez le sens du contact et êtes à l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques.
  • Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et savez travailler en autonomie.
  • Une première expérience dans le secteur du transport est un plus, mais votre motivation fera la différence
