- What you’ll do day-to-dayYou’ll collaborate with staff across various business units to understand their needs and provide innovative technology solutions. You’ll also be responsible for a variety of support and project work across a wide range of technology, including but not limited to Windows PCs and servers, Linux servers, mobile devices, and an advanced communications infrastructure. Support and project work may include troubleshooting complex technical issues, administration of various infrastructure-level systems, implementing automation and efficiency improvements, providing in-person support of PC hardware, peripheral and software deployments, mobile device management, trading floor support, and occasional data center work.

- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are critical, as the role involves working with global colleagues across a broad set of backgrounds, experiences, and projects.
- Hands-on experience in technology is desired; previous data center exposure is a plus.
- This position will support our Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai offices, so a working proficiency in Mandarin and a willingness to occasionally travel are required.
