**Roles & Responsibilities**

Experience in administration of Windows server, Active Directory and DNS

Perform system administration, change requests (migration, configuration changes, etc) on servers

Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security levels as per approved security matrix

Provide technical support for software and hardware issues across functional activities and business processes

Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources

Conduct preventative maintenance on IT infrastructure and IT equipment related repairs in liaison with service providers

Conduct data back-ups as per approved plans

Administration of user accounts in various systems.

Deal with the planning, design, design changes, and implementation of a network or system.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

**Requirements and skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
- A t least 2 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Knowledge of system security techniques
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
