
Admin Assistant/Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct SLA, ACRA and other searches on properties and businesses
- Support the construction tendering and quotation process
- Process payments to suppliers and authorities
- Manage construction claims with builders, including verification and maintaining records
- Support the property financing process – loan application and drawdown of various loans
- Create new companies and open bank accounts
- Arrange couriers and manage project and utilities accounts, including cashflow planning
- Liaise with partners, vendors and other stakeholders as and when required (e.g Payment vouchers, working with external vendors to update website)
- Research on property data
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Real Estate Business or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
- Good understanding of property development and construction industry would be advantageous
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
