These include IT Solutions such as Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, AI/ML, and Intelligent Process Automation, as well as Workforce Solutions, including RPO, Direct Sourcing, Upskilling (Quintrix), and more.

Mindlance Build Pte Ltd is the newly incorporated Singapore subsidiary which will focus on Information Technology Consultancy and Software/Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, and manage Ab Initio Metadata Hub for critical business applications.
  • Develop and optimize Unix Shell Scripts to support code checkout, system health checks, and housekeeping.
  • Configure Metadata Hub, including UI settings, permissions, workflows, custom import rules, custom extractors, and extension sets.
  • Create Metadata Hub import feeds, hierarchies, classifications, advanced reports, and mappings to support client projects.
  • Manage user groups and permissions in Authorization Gateway, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Perform dependency analysis, data lineage checks, and EME (Enterprise Meta>Environment) operations.
  • Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and QA activities in line with Mindlance's technical standards.
  • Provide ongoing support for data products, including issue resolution and bug fixes.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifying Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a technical analyst or consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Ab Initio, Metadata Hub, Shell Scripting, and Authorization Gateway.
  • Hands-on experience with data lineage, dependency analysis, and metadata management.
  • Exposure to cloud-based architectures and technologies (GCP, AWS, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to make informed decisions in complex technical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and collaborate with development teams.
