XT is looking for a macro-thinking cryptocurrency researcher who has the ability to proactively identify strategic investment opportunities in protocols with the mission of accelerating the global adoption of cryptocurrency.

**Crypto Investment Analyst / Researcher
**Job Description**:

- As an analyst / researcher, you will be responsible for one of the following roles and supporting Investment Managers on the full lifecycle of making investments: conduct due diligence, making investment recommendations, and build portfolio

1. Data Analyst: Perform data / statistics analysis for crypto or blockchain related project

2. Macro Analyst: Analyse from the macro perspective of the market (economic, market researching, ideas brainstorming, risk prediction)

3. Project Analyst: Source and generate public and private investment opportunities

4. DeFi Investment Researcher: Perform in-depth research in macroeconomics, crypto market sectors and emerging projects

Job Requirements
- High curiosity and open-mindedness
- Strong knowledge of the crypto space
- Initiative and effective communicator
- Have unique insights in the segmented field
- Ability to evaluate highly technical projects would be preferred
- Strong network within crypto is an added advantage
- Proficient of both written and spoken English is a must and fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
