Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new payroll system. You will be responsible for driving the project from planning to completion, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of the payroll system.
  • Manage integration of SuccessFactors with Payroll systems.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • PMP certification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in payroll or HR system projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
