Project Manager

About the Company

Our client is an established M&E contractor in Singapore, founded in 1987, specializing in the design, supply, and construction of systems for A&A and interior fit-out works. They deliver end-to-end solutions encompassing space planning, design coordination, M&E integration, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality finishes and seamless project delivery.


Core Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and execute project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and manage project requirements, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee and balance the project management triangle — managing cost, time, scope, and quality effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, anticipate potential risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and close-out summaries.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project planning and management within M&E, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles — including cost, time, scope, and quality control.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities with a collaborative and proactive approach.
