Job Info:

  • Salary: Basic up to $2900 + Transport Allowance $100 + AWS + VB
  • Monday to Friday, Office Hour
  • Hybrid working environment
  • Office is located at Kallang Way
  • Shuttle service from / to Aljunied & Potong Pasir MRT
  • Our client is a global leader in third-party logistics that specializes in delivering and managing transportation and supply chain solutions for both national and multinational corporations
  • Entry level role ; full training will be provided

Job Scope:

  • Act as the main contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage customer orders, documentation, transport bookings, and ensure compliance.
  • Handle requests, resolve incidents, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate tracking updates, follow up on discrepancies, and maintain visibility.
  • Assist in reporting, KPI analysis, and supplier onboarding to meet SOP requirements.
  • Support process governance and implementation of new policies or procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field; fresh grads may be considered.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with strong MS Office skills and basic SCM/logistics knowledge.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
