Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Details**
- Perm role with comprehensive benefits (AL, Bonuses -AWS and VB, medical benefits, company trip yearly)
- Mon to Fri, Office hours
- Ocean freight department
- Salary range $2500-$3500

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and processing shipper's invoice, packing list and other shipping documents;Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery and/or pick up cargo/container to/from customer's premise/dock;
- Coordinate with carriers/NVO to make bookings and give loading instructions + managing DG & non-DG segregation;
- Pay attention to details when handling DGD, COO and other controlled cargos;
- Be mindful of KPIs and other requirements set out by Key Account customers;
- Process Letter of Credit;
- Other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Min “O" / Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience
- Experienced in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage
- Familiarity in SAP will be an advantage but is not a must.
