Job Description:

Full-set accounting: Prepare full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations), income statements, and balance sheets for clients

Manage GST filings, Simple corporate tax computations and tax return submission

Assist with audit and compliance: Prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors and external agents/parties if required, with minimum supervision

Handle client communication: Respond to client queries, act as point of contact, and maintain relationships

Able to understand and manage payroll records / CPF / AIS submission

Assist in preparing unaudited financial statements

Familiar with local banks' iBanking payments process

Able to complete tasks independently with minimum supervision

Able to handle multiple tasks under stress on short notice

Able to handle ad-hoc tasks related to accounts matters

Requirements:

- No SP quota, please don't apply if you need Spass

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field

- Familiar with accocunting softwares such as Xero, Quickbook, Autocount

- Familiar with CPF submission system, IRAS filing system especially GST

- Prefer to have audit experiences

- Able to work independently, proactive, able to take initiative and responsibility

- Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

- Strong analytical abilities and good communication and negotiation skills

- Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency

- Willing to learn and good problem solving skills

- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity

- Good team player and willing to support teammates

- Able to follow up on the job assign to them and prompt update to the supervisor
