Central Region, Singapore Perennial Holdings Private Limited Full time $120,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines
  • Ensure that project progress is within schedule, quality, budget and safety standards
  • Identify and resolve site technical problems
  • Prepare project's periodic progress report for updating Senior Management, including pre-empting / highlighting potential issues and suggesting solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants/contractors/vendors/suppliers to achieve project deliverables
  • Liaise with relevant authorities in managing submissions and obtaining the clearances necessary for project to progress
  • Review the procurement of various service contracts
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Good degree in Architecture, C&S, M&E or Project Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Singapore building industry
  • Good track record of successfully delivering complex and challenging projects
  • Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project lifecycle
  • Experience in using project management software
  • Resourceful and agile in driving projects to fruition
  • Self-driven, ability to multi-task and comfortable with tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage in view of the Company's global presence
  • Suitably qualified candidates will be considered for Assistant Vice President role
