Job Responsibilities
- Handle data entry, bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and timely payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash and expense claims processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on finance-related matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties related to finance matters.
Job Requirements
- LCCI Bookkeeping or Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working hour
08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday
08:30 to 17:00 Friday
Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
