HR Generalist (12 Months Contract + Completion Bonus)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our regional HR team on a 12-month contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure in both Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Operations across multiple countries in Asia.

Location: Mediapolis, Singapore (one-north)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month (depending on experience) + 1-month completion bonus

Job Scope:

Talent Acquisition (Regional APAC Focus)

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Manage candidate logistics including room bookings, video calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Post and manage job ads on job boards and internal platforms.
  • Screen resumes for basic qualifications.
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring.
  • Maintain and track recruitment data and reports.

HR Operations (Singapore, Malaysia & Emerging Asia)

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, background checks, exit surveys).
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data across SG, MY, India, and Vietnam.
  • Provide first-level HR support through ServiceNow.
  • Prepare and update HR KPI dashboards monthly.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination and HR operations, ideally in a regional/multi-country setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems a plus.
  • Able to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
  • Singaporeans only
