Contract Duration: 1 year

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Scope
  • Support audits for grants.
  • Manage the closure and processing of project claims.

  • Assist in project management and grant administration, including:

  • Monitoring project progress.

  • Managing project virement and variation requests.
  • Ensuring timely submission of audit and progress reports by grantees.
  • Reviewing and processing invoices for fund disbursement.
  • Providing updates to relevant agencies on budget projections, project progress, and funding utilization for R&D funds.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Independent, meticulous, and responsible, with strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in project management or grant administration will be an advantage.
