Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Executive (Real Estate).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers for sales purpose.
  • Promote sales through advertisements.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.).
  • Arrange viewings and provide detail information to customers about properties.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, client (buyer side) on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Effectively answer customer inquiry.
  • Determine resident' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess CEA license or graduated diploma in real estate studies
  • Cheerful, good communication skills, fast learner
  • Possess driving license preferred but not necessary
