Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT Sales or Services domain.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises, SMEs, and tech startups.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions or staffing services.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks to potential clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account handover.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and report on progress to leadership.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the Singapore market.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within IT Sales/Services in Singapore.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Singapore IT market and business culture.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with MNCs or large enterprises in Singapore.
  • Understanding of MOM regulations and compliance.
  • Regional exposure (SEA/APAC) is an added advantage.
