Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT Sales or Services domain.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises, SMEs, and tech startups.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions or staffing services.
- Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks to potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account handover.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and report on progress to leadership.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the Singapore market.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within IT Sales/Services in Singapore.
- Strong network and understanding of the Singapore IT market and business culture.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience working with MNCs or large enterprises in Singapore.
- Understanding of MOM regulations and compliance.
- Regional exposure (SEA/APAC) is an added advantage.
