About the Role

We are looking for a motivated VSAT Engineer (Level 1) to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting VSAT systems and related IT infrastructure. This is a shift-based role that requires technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 support for VSAT equipment and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of VSAT systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents and support activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Information Technology or related field.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work on shift rotations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
