  • This is a full-time permanent role

  • Work location: Pandan Loop
  • Working hours: 5 days per week with rotating morning and night shifts

Our Client

The company is a Marine Communication Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronic equipment and marine communication integration solutions for offshore vessels arriving in Singapore or around the Asia region.

They are looking for a dedicated Service Technician/ Engineer (Marine) to be responsible for repair and maintenance of ship Navigation, Communication, Satcom, VSAT/TVRO, PAGA/PABX and GMDSS system. Reporting to the Head of Marine Electronics, and working closely with their business partners, you will be involved in the installation and testing of navigation and communications equipment on shipping vessels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involve in project for installation of marine electronics equipment
  • Liaise/co-ordinate with shipyard for related project
  • Assist in the repair works in the workshop
  • Brief business partners on various navigational/communication system setup
  • Provide technical support for business partners
  • Prepare reports on equipment to business partners

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering
  • Possess 1-4 years of work experience in Marine sector
