To lead in planning and execution of infrastructure-related AEI from inception to completion. Ensure project viability through feasibility assessments, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery that aligns with organisational objectives.

· Oversee and direct project team comprising end-users, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality AEI projects

· Define project strategy and requirements by aligning design, functional, and operational needs with organisational goals in Downtown East

· Oversee tender process including development of tender strategy, preparation of documents, evaluations, and making award recommendations to management

· Drive project execution and governance to ensure completion on schedule and within budget, implement quality control, and cost-control measures

· Engage key stakeholders by providing timely updates and facilitating decision-making on key project issues

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements

· Prepare CAPEX proposals and monitor budgets for AEI and development projects

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related field;

· Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in handling building-related projects from inception to completion, CAPEX planning and management

· Demonstrated track record of delivering AEI/ retrofit works, A&A projects, and infrastructure upgrades

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Project

· In-depth understanding of A&A works, contracts administration and procurement processes

· Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
