Job Description

The NUS Business Analytics Centre (BAC), a joint initiative between NUS Business School and the School of Computing, oversees the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) ) programme, ranked No. 1 in Asia and among the top 10 globally. BAC has established strong partnerships with leading industry players and top academic institutions through collaborative education and real-world projects. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Subject Matter Expert to support the management and strategic growth of our partner ecosystem.

Strategic Partnership Network

• Manage and maintain the existing BAC partner network effectively.
• Engage with new industry partners and universities to understand their needs and explore potential collaboration opportunities to expand the BAC network.
• Be able to interact with different levels of our industry partners, including C-level executives, mid-level managers, and detailed operational staff, effectively to build up trusted partnership between BAC and industry companies.
• Collaborate with the BAC marketing staff to enhance and maintain a strong public image for the centre.

Industry Capstone Project

• Collaborate with BAC directors to manage annual capstone internship projects for the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) students.
• Work with BAC directors to invite industry thought leaders to deliver industry seminars or workshops at NUS campus.
• Coordinate with industry partners for the student interview and onboarding.

Global University Programme Ranking

• Work with BAC directors to make plans for the annual global university programme ranking, e.g. QS ranking, THE ranking, etc.
• Coordinate the resources required for the global university programme ranking.
• Prepare and submit the required documents for the global university programme ranking.

Student Mentorship

• Provide career guidance and mentorship to MSBA students, helping them navigate industry opportunities and professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in business development, industry relationship management and other related areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Good project management skills
• Able to confidently deal with different level staffs from industry and academia
• Willing to go the 'extra mile'
• University degree holder with at least 8 years working experience in related areas
• Analytics knowledge and background is a plus

(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)
