Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for existing customers, to address their needs and inquiries promptly and effectively

  • Feedback customer requirements clearly to internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) and work together to fulfil customer need whether in quality goods, documentation, etc.

  • Prepare and support customer audits to ensure customer expectations and quality standard satisfaction.

  • Maintain and strengthen close relationship with customers account for business increase and longevity

  • Suggest or carry out plans to support quality or financial improvements

Requirements:

  • Min 'A' level / Diploma in manufacturing / engineering or related fields or equivalent

  • Min 3 years experience in sales or quality in manufacturing industries

  • Able to work with inter-department members to support customer requests or requirements

  • Possess pleasant personality, be meticulous, well-organised, resourceful, full of initiative and professionalism, able to maintain confidentially, exercise tact and discretion

  • Able to handle multiple priorities, operate with minimum supervision and adaptable to changes in priorities and approaches in fast-paced environment and work overtime

  • Good communication and coordinating skills
