Central Region, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $52,000 - $104,000 per year
Responsibilities:
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production verification for new projects and enhancements on the Online Counselling for Family Assist (OCFA) and Family Counselling Intake Booking System.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of both digital platforms, ensuring smooth functioning and prompt issue resolution.
  • Conduct system testing and provide first-level technical troubleshooting.
  • Offer technical support to counsellors and public users.
  • Liaise and coordinate with partner agencies and vendors on system-related matters.
  • Provide secretariat support for meetings and engagements, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in service management matters, such as managing public feedback and stakeholder engagements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Technologically competent with strong problem-solving skills for operational and technical issues.
  • Prior experience in UAT, system support, or technical troubleshooting preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Hours

Mon – Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Dress Code: Smart Casual
