Key Responsibilities:

For Kitchen Crew / Chef:

  • Able to withstand high heat while using the grill to prepare bento
  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to SOP
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Assist in inventory checks and restocking
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

For Assistant Outlet Manager (Needs to handle Chef role as well):

  • Oversee daily operations and lead the team during shifts
  • Manage roster, inventory, and stock ordering
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any operational issues
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards
Requirements:
  • Passionate about food and customer service
  • Prior F&B experience is an advantage
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
