Operations Support Executive

Employment Type: 12-month Contract
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Gross Salary: $2,580 – $3,160/month
Completion Bonus: 1.0 month
- Retrieve information from the case management system to identify cases requiring reviews and schedule them in a timely manner.
- Track progress of cases using Excel to ensure milestone case reviews are completed as planned.
- Coordinate with officers, supervisors, and stakeholders to arrange case reviews and ensure smooth proceedings.
- Collate and disseminate documents required for reviews involving external members, ensuring all parties receive them in advance.
- Monitor utilisation rates of review platforms and compile data insights to support process improvements.
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive working attitude and professionalism.
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred.
- Singaporeans only.
